I am on free trial. Will I be charged later?

No. Once the trial period ends, you will be on the Free Limited plan. You will not be charged.

Can I get a subscription for all the coaches on my team?

Yes. One of the coaches could sign up the "Team Plan" and assign the team as "Team Access" team, all the coaches will now have full access of the team including running long games without separate subscriptions. Alternatively, you may contact your club to purchase a club subscription which the club manager can grant "Team Access" to your team at a discounted rate. I am getting an error "Unable to retrieve purchase options, error: The device or user is not allowed to make the purchase.". what should I do?

This is normally due to the Google play store account used to download the app does not have the payment set up. You can go to google's site to confirm your account status.

Which sports are supported?

Football (Soccer in the US), Basketball, Field Hockey, Lacrosse, Rugby. You can also create your own sport!

We have multiple coaches for the same team, can we share the same team data?

Yes, you can! The coach that created the team will automatically be a team admin and could upload the team to cloud storage and share with fellow coaches. Team information including lineups, custom formation ( player pictures not included right now) and game history are shared. The new SubTime Live feature now allow coaches to be on the same live game.

I am switching to a new phone, how can I move the data over?

Android and iOS cannot reliably transfer app data reliably using the standard device data transfer process. You need to upload a your user data to cloud and restore with your app user id.

I forgot to enter a goal. can I add it later?

Yes, you may add it during the game, or in the game summary events after the game finished.

I would like to add a new feature, how could I contact the developer?

Can I export the data into excel?

Yes, you may use the share icon to send the stats as an email attachment.

Can I change the number of players on the field?

You may click on the formation in the game screen and choose a formation of the number of players you need .

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime from the subscription screen following either Google Play or Apple App Store's policy.

I am not happy with the purchase and would like a refund.

I have subscribed to the standard plan but the app is still showing limited. What should I do?

There could be a lag for the app to retrieve the latest billing status. To retrieve your subscription, please click on "restore purchase" in the subscription screen.

I would like to delete all my record in the app

What does the eye icon do?

It is hide/unhide teams, eg. teams from two seasons ago. You can hide team individually.

Where can I find receipts for my purchases?

Purchases are handled by the app stores. For iOS, please follow the instructions at https://support.apple.com/en-us/118212. For Android, https://support.google.com/store/answer/13714320?hl=en

I have multiple phones on my store account, how can I use SubTime with the same subscription?

One option is to use "restore purchase" to switch between them and it will allow to have two appId and independent records. Another option is to transfer from one to the other so both shared the same id thus same subscription.
